Certain IBM maintenance indicates a requirement to SMP ACCEPT the PTF
and then run an IMS ALL GEN. Many installations do not like accepting
fixes before they are tested and also find the burden of performing an
ALL Gen unacceptable.

In order to avoid this the following technique has been used
successfully when installing the IMS 1.3 to 2.2 DBRC co-existence SPE.

1. APPLY the fix - note link edits may fail because of unresolved
   external references and any new MODs will not be link edited into
   the correct LMODs as the current JCLIN information is out of date
2. Run IMS ALL GEN STAGE1 (do not run STAGE 2) with SMPMTS concatenated
   at the front of the assembly SYSLIB DD card
3. JCLIN the STAGE 2 deck
4. APPLY the fix with REDO. The JCLIN just done will have caused all
   the necessary LMOD entries to have been updated/built.
